KiSara serves authentic and fresh Japanese cuisine. Headed by the famed Japanese Chef De Cuisine Kenji Shindo, and Bangkok's only female Japanese Teppan Chef, Masami Inoue, together they bring over 40 years of culinary experience to the table, with influences from acclaimed kitchens around the world, including from Tokyo, Hong Kong, Spain, Taiwan and France.
KiSara hosts a large sushi counter, a teppan counter for up to 20 guests, and four private tatami rooms in addition to tables in the main area. In its uniquely cozy atmosphere, the restaurant offers a full range of Japanese fair, from premium sushi and sashimi, the highest quality Japanese meats and seafood, to tantalizing teppanyaki and incredible kaiseki style set menus.
KiSara's highlighted signature include:
- Hida Beef, A5 grade, so tender it melts in your mouth, imported from Gifu prefecture. The cattle are fed and raised with the purest water in an area also known for the most onsen of Japan
- A variety of interactive dishes, such as the Wagyu Shabu Paper Hotpot, traditional grilled Hida beef on Hoba Yaki leaf, and Japanese Suki or Steam Buri Fish in a Traditional Wooden Box (Seirou)
For lunch, KiSara serves up incredible value with delectable bento options, offering wholesome and quick dining solutions to those under time restrictions. The Shokado bento is a must-try, including fresh sashimi, chawanmushi (egg custard), miso, tempura, soba noodles, chicken teriyaki, unagi (eel), steamed rice, and even a choice of ice-cream or fruit.
