Signature Dish: Mixed Hot Pot
A favorite among guests is the premium hotpot with Chef Leung's signature broth and top quality produce. Presented in a bird cage like structure the meal is best enjoyed at a table on the beach with the sand below and the stars above.
The Beef and Seafood Hot Pot consists of the following ingredients:
- Lobster 387g（1pc)
- Crab 120g
- Calamari 120g
- Rib eye 200g
- Tenderloin 200g
- Reef fish 120g
Hot pots are served with a wide range of sides: bean curd, sweet corn, two seasonal vegetables, lotus root, enoki mushrooms, shitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, pumpkin, handmade noodle, white radish and potatoes.
