The new Conrad Hotels & Resorts concierge app for iPhone, iPad, and Android puts a suite of services and room customizations at your fingertips—even before you check in. The app, available in 13 languages, is the first in the industry to facilitate every step of your hotel experience: booking, pre-arrival planning, on-property requests, and any communication after the stay is over.

It's linked directly to the hotel's operations team, so virtually any request you make may immediately be fielded, directly and efficiently, from anywhere at any time. Need to request a shoeshine before an important meeting tomorrow? Want some extra towels or firmer pillows? Have another housekeeping request? Need a car service to pick you up at 7a.m.? No worries. Wherever you are, just pull out your smartphone or tablet and click. It's part app, part concierge, and all access—a 24-hour personal assistant, and it's all right at your fingertips.

A Plugged-in Ride

More than 37 million people live in Tokyo. And some days, it seems like all 37 million are stuck in the same traffic jam with you. It's OK, though.
