River Terrace Entrance
Standing directly across the street from Conrad New York’s front entrance on North End Avenue, you are located in Manhattan’s Battery Park City neighborhood. If you take a right turn from the Southeast corner, you are on Vesey Street, with plenty of restaurants and shopping at Brookfield Place. On the Northeast corner, you are on Murray Street, with some restaurants and residential building in the area.
You have entered the second floor lobby of the hotel. Directly in front of you are couches and ottomans, directly above you are large veils by designer Monica Ponce De Leon. To the right is the hotel’s contemporary restaurant, ATRIO Wine Bar & Restaurant, popular for all-day dining and signature cocktails at the ATRIO Bar. To the left, hanging above the lobby is the 13-story high Loopy Doopy (Blue and Purple) painting by renowned artist, Sol LeWitt. Below the artwork is the bell, front and concierge desks. Behind you is the staircase to the hotels front entrance, with escalators directly next to the staircase. The front entrance has glass and revolving doors, as well as another bell desk at the bottom of the staircase. Behind both the first and second floor lobby bell desks are the elevators to the guest floors.
You are located in the southwest part of ATRIO Wine Bar & Restaurant, the hotel’s main restaurant, offering modern American cuisine. You are surrounded by windows, with views facing onto the Irish Hunger Memorial directly in front of the hotel’s main entrance. Also in front of you are views of Vesey Street and the offices and shopping spaces at Brookfield Place. The restaurant offers a Private Dining Room, for events and is open to hotel guests during the daytime. Moving to the middle of the restaurant and past more guest seating areas, is the open kitchen which includes and brick fire oven, and directly in front of that is the opening to the hotel, which is off the lobby of the hotel. The Hostess stand is there along with the ATRIO Bar and wine wall, including an extensive list of wines. As soon as you exit the restaurant, off to the side of the Hostess stand is the ATRIO Barista station, open throughout the morning and offering pastries with coffee selections.
Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar
You are at the seasonal Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar on the 16th floor of the hotel. The outdoor rooftop bar has couches, chairs, and high-top seating. There is a bar in the northeast corner of the bar and the views from the rooftop are the Hudson River, the Statue of Liberty and also the Battery Park City neighborhood. The signature Prosecco & Ice Pops as well as large selection of signature cocktails are offered on the rooftop bar from April through November.
24-Hour Fitness Center
The 24-hour Fitness Center is outfitted with brand new workout equipment, including weights, yoga mats, state of the art running machines and cycling bikes, including the popular Wattbike. The room also has a water and towel station, and magazines in the northwest corner. The views provided are of Vesey Street.
Small Meeting Space
Suited for smaller meetings, you are located in the Vesey Suite. The space is outfitted with desks, tables and a large TV. The space offers natural lighting and views of Vesey Street and Brookfield Place, as well as the Goldman Sachs building. As soon as you exit the room, you are in the Business Center, which is accessible to all hotel guests. The room has a lounge seating area as well as computers and printers for guest usage. The room is decorated with contemporary art and offers a view onto Vesey Street.
Flexible Event Space
Standing in the center of the Northeast Gallery, you have entered the hotel’s banquet spaces, which are serviced by exclusive catering partner Union Square Events. The space is set with couches and chairs and is encased by large windows, allowing for a lot of natural lighting. The views are of Battery Park City’s residential buildings and a soccer field, part of Asphalt Green. Additional views are of the Goldman Sachs building east of the hotel.
Deluxe Suite With Two Double Beds
You are standing in one of the hotel’s Double King Bedroom Suites, with views of the Vesey Suite. The bedroom is outfitted with a large TV, artwork and nightstands, in addition to closet space. The contemporary suite offers a hallway with a minibar, mirror space, Nespresso Machine, walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead. Directly next to the shower is the bathroom with a sink and toilet. The contemporary design of the suite is also prevalent as you walk into the living room space, which in this particular case has a connecting door to another suite and another TV, desk space with a telephone, coffee table, couch chair and lamps.
The Conrad Suite
You are in the hotel’s Conrad Suite, which is the presidential suite in the hotel. In front of you is an L shape couch with a coffee table directly in front of the couch as well as a dresser and TV above. Next to the couch is a desk with a chair and lamp, as well as windows facing onto Battery Park City’s residential neighborhood. Behind you is the hallway, which exits onto the front door entrance to the suite, or facing the west, the longer hallway leading to the hotel’s bathroom, dining room and bedroom. When you enter the bedroom, you also have a large King beg, TV, closet space, and an opening to a second, master bathroom, with a separate shower space, large vanity mirror (small TV built into the mirror), separate toilet and bathtub. When you exit back from the bedroom into the hallway and enter the dining room, you are directly next to a large dining room table. To the east of the table is a kitchenette with a minibar, microwave and amenities including a Nespresso machine. To the west of the dining room table is the small library reading space with chairs, a desk and outfitted with books on art and design and a TV on the opposite side. The window in the room faces onto the Battery Park City neighborhood. The entire suite is outfitted with art.
