The fitness center has a studio and gymnasium with the latest cardio equipment, qualified personal trainers and offers a range of fitness classes including yoga.

Against a backdrop of ocean views and swaying palm trees Conrad Maldives Rangali Island’s two storey fitness center with its fitness studio and gymnasium offers the latest cardio and strength equipment, including bikes, steppers, cross trainers and treadmills all fitted with touch-screen technology and cable televisions. Internationally qualified trainers are available on request. Group fitness and personal training options are available for beginners to seasoned professionals ranging from yoga to vigorous cardio circuits. Try the Cardio Circuit, the ideal 'fat blasting' workout combining weight equipment and cardiovascular training methods to keep the body moving and burn fat fast. Personal training sessions include boxing, circuits, sports drills, electrical equipment use, machine equipment use, yoga, free weights, jump ropes, dance lessons and more. A variety of classes take place in our Fitness Studio. Try yoga classes for beginners, stress management and Vinyasa yoga for a stronger workout.

Beach power walking is a fast-paced guided power walk along the resort's beaches and running track.

Enjoy a game of beach volleyball and play table tennis beside the beach.

Run Rangali: Enjoy the scenery of the running track between our two islands during this 30-minute guided group run.

Watersports Center: Activities available at our fully equipped Watersports Centre include catamaran sailing, windsurfing and canoeing, wakeboarding, knee boarding and water cycling.

Other facilities: Oceanside tennis courts, two infinite view swimming pools.
