Over-Water Spa

The Over-Water spa is the ultimate escape for couples to experience the most opulent of spa rituals that tantalize the senses with a delicious array of treatments to delight the body and seduce the soul. Each ritual has been designed with pure luxury in mind: precious oils, colors and crystals specific to each ritual create an air of seduction and mystique. Incorporating seven color therapy, crystal healing and chakra balancing, the two of you will leave the Over-Water spa connected as one.

The treatments here have been designed by Doris Brügger, the creator of the eponymous Dorissima spa line. The stand-out treatments in her range are undoubtedly the Siddhartha couple’s treatments. The Siddhartha line was created specifically as an aphrodisiac and Doris swears that the perfume and body oil will attract love to the user. Sensual aromas of vanilla, tonka bean and grapefruit fill the air during the Art of Love ritual, which ends with a glass of champagne in the Over-Water Spa’s delightful spa garden.

Also at the Over-Water Spa is the Dorissima d1 – d7 body & massage oil line, created after years of extensive research and development. This highly sophisticated line consists of seven absolutely natural products (from natural oils such as Jojoba oil, essential oils and natural colors) in seven colors that relate to the seven chakras, each chakra of course addressing a specific area of concern. Designed to offer a combination of both physical and mental wellbeing, each of the seven rituals begins with a series of calming breathing exercises while the client mentally repeats the mantra they are given for the particular treatment chosen. Especially selected herbal teas, positive affirmations, color therapy, music, hot stones, shirodhara, hot wraps, reiki or light therapy may feature in the treatment. Clients emerge from the ritual feeling calmer, physically relaxed and at one with the world.
