Our signature Chinese restaurant, Dynasty 8, features Chef Wong Man, serving his culinary wizardry in an ambience of old-world China charm brought to life by décor inspired by eight ancient Chinese dynasties. Chef Wong brings over four decades of culinary expertise with him, having most recently headed the Michelin-starred Tim's Kitchen in Hong Kong.
