Restaurants and Lounges
The Conrad Dublin offers an array of dining options, including seasonal menus in Alex Contemporary Irish Restaurant, cool drinks in the Alex Cocktail Bar, and 24-hour room service.
We're delighted to announce that our new all-day brasserie, The Coburg will open in February. Taking inspiration from the spirit and charm of Dublin and adding a unique contemporary twist, the Coburg promises a relaxed, but distinctly different dining experience.
But whilst awaiting our new brasserie opening, you can enjoy a gourmet dining experience in our Iveagh Room, where we recommend the Kilmore Quay king scallops to start, and then perhaps indulge in our signature main course of 6oz Angus fillet of golden vale reared sirloin, with butter poached lobster tail?
In the meantime, take a seat in the Alex Cocktail Bar for a digestif or after-dinner cocktail in a unique and stylish setting. With an impressive menu of chilled cocktails and wine by the glass, it's the perfect place to relax with friends or colleagues.
For a more laid-back dining experience at the Conrad Dublin, take a seat in a snug at Alfie Byrne's. Make sure you take in the views of the nearby National Concert Hall while choosing from a mouthwatering American Irish menu and a seemingly endless list of traditional and not-so-traditional craft beers.
You can also look forward to a brand new Bar & Lounge opening in March called Lemuel's; it's destined to become an instant classic. Named after the pseudonym of one Ireland's greatest writers, Jonathan Swift. This exceptional new venue promises a delightfully bookish attention to detail, and a convivial warmth that will have you captivated.
