RIN's experienced chef sources the best and freshest produce, meats and seafood and dispenses with showy distractions and fusion confusion to give the choicest ingredients and their natural flavors a starring role. Try the half ocean trout appetizer with a delicately dressed julienne salad or indulge with the signature lobster, scallop and clam dish served with a zesty seaweed and ginger sauce. Expert sushi and sashimi chefs create plate-perfect artistic creations using only the freshest fish to enjoy with a choko of authentic sake or shochu.
For main dishes, premium-quality meat and fish is artfully combined with crisp vegetables to create delectable specialty cuisine such as waygu tenderloin served with a woody miso and mushroom sauce.
