Il Tavolino – Ground Floor Café

Drawing on the heritage of the River North neighborhood once known as Little Sicily, the ground floor restaurant, Il Tavolino, is an intimate street-side Italian café offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It will feature locally roasted coffee, made-to-order breakfast paninis, Italian pastries, seasonal, fresh salads, and flatbread pizzas as well as savory Italian dishes. The café will focus on Italian and domestic beverages featuring Negronis on tap, Italian sodas, and an impressive wine bar. Surrounded by authentic Italian décor, patrons will interact with a uniquely urban and knowledgeable wait staff.

Baptiste & Bottle - American Steakhouse

Baptiste & Bottle, located on the 20th floor, will specialize in bourbon and provisions, serving a classic American menu that pairs hearty entrées with sharable plates such as salads, charcuterie, and flatbreads in a comfortable, modern tavern setting. Earning its namesake, Baptiste & Bottle will offer an impressive bar program with an attentive and unique shaken, poured & stirred at-the-table mixology philosophy. Groups will find the mixology experience entertaining and interactive with an impressive tableside barrel-aged cocktail share.

Noyane – Rooftop & Lounge

Noyane (which means hidden roof in Japanese) features stunning views, contemporary Japanese cuisine, and top-shelf cocktails. Guests will enjoy artfully prepared sushi and sashimi along with tableside-cooked Wagyu beef. Patrons can quench their thirst with Japanese sakes and beer while ordering from the sharable menu in an environment featuring a soothing aesthetic and Japanese décor.

This new hotel will soon be joining the Hilton Worldwide Portfolio of Brands and is currently accepting reservations for arrival November 17, 2016 and beyond.
