Nicholini's is Conrad Hong Kong's signature restaurant and specializes in Northern Italian cuisine and delicious homemade pastas. Voted 'Hong Kong's Best Restaurant' by Hong Kong Tatler for the last 19 consecutive years, Nicholini's is renowned for angel hair pasta with Maine lobster, fresh tomatoes, and roasted baby lamb rack in crust of pistachios on sweet garlic flan. Enjoy a dish of squid-ink tagliolini, or savor a spaghetti carbonara with pork cheek and soft-boiled egg. The restaurant enjoys a spectacular view from the 8th floor of the hotel, and has also been awarded the Michelin Four Forks as well as 'Ospitalita' Italiana' (Italian Hospitality Award) by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in 2011. Nicholini’s is open for both lunch and dinner and welcomes guests in smart-casual attire.
