Conrad Ballroom

Stunning 9,268 sq. ft. boasting high ceilings and private foyer. This elegant room features traditional décor and holds a maximum of 1,200 guests.

Conrad Ballroom Salon A

This 3,051 sq. ft. room is a subdivision of the Conrad Ballroom and can be used for smaller events. Comfortably seats up to 250 guests theater style and 400 reception style.

Conrad Ballroom Salon B

The second subdivision of the Conrad Ballroom is 3,051 sq. ft. in size and accommodates up to 400 guests reception style and 200 banquet style.

Conrad Ballroom Salon C

Ballroom C is the third subdivision of the Conrad Ballroom and is 3,051 sq. ft. in size. This tasteful room accommodates up to 400 guests reception style and 150 classroom style.

Nile Ballroom

This stylish ballroom is 2,282 sq. ft. in size and features classic décor, with dark wood and mirrors. The spacious room comfortably seats up to 400 guests reception style and 200 banquet style.

Nile Ballroom Salon I

Nile Ballroom I is a subdivision of the Nile Ballroom and is 1,248 sq. ft. in size. This sophisticated room accommodates up to 80 guests theater or reception style.

Nile Ballroom Salon II

The second subdivision of the Nile Ballroom is 1,033 sq. ft. in size and can accommodate up to 80 guests theater style and 60 banquet style.

Nile Ballroom Salon III

This 1,248 sq. ft. room is the third subdivision of the Nile Ballroom. Ideal for intimate occasions, this stylish room accommodates up to 80 guests.

Salon Diplomat

This multi-purpose banquet room measures 3,789 sq. ft. and can be altered to suit any occasion. Salon Diplomat seats up to 450 guests reception style and 300 theater style.

Amun

This 602 sq. ft. meeting room is an ideal professional setting for small board meetings, seating 16 guests conference style.

Ra

This elegant boardroom is 602 sq. ft. in size and accommodates 16 guests conference style. Large windows provide natural daylight and spectacular Nile views.

Osiris

This boardroom is situated on the Lobby level and caters perfectly for executive meetings and private lunches for up to 10 guests. Large windows ensure plenty of natural daylight and a breathtaking Nile view.

Horus

The Horus boardroom benefits from natural daylight and is 559 sq. ft. in size. This professional setting is ideal for important board meetings, seating up to 16 guests conference style.

Aida

The Aida meeting room is 545 sq. ft. in size and is located on the Lobby level of the hotel. This room provides an excellent setting for small-scale business and private meetings for up to 40 guests, theater or reception style.

Cleopatra

The Cleopatra meeting room is 545 sq. ft. in size and accommodates up to 40 guests. Cleopatra is adjacent to Aida and offers a partition wall which can be removed to create one large room offering 1,093 sq. ft. of function space for up to 100 guests.

Isis

The Isis meeting room is located on the Lobby level of the hotel and measures 545 sq. ft. in size. This elegant room provides a professional setting for small business meetings of up to 40 guests.

Nefertiti

Nefertiti is 545 sq. ft. meeting room located on the Lobby level of the Conrad Cairo. This room accommodates up to 40 guests and is adjacent to the Isis meeting room. The partition wall can be removed to create one large function room offering 1,399 sq. ft. of function space.
